Joseph's Heart Button

Welcome to 31 Days of Joseph’s Heart: A Story of Adoption 2014.

Write 31 Days is an online writing challenge started by The Nester, Myquillyn Smith where bloggers pick one topic and write a post on that topic every day in October. As a writer, 31 Days challenges you to go deeper into one topic. As a reader, 31 Days will have topics that you want to know more about, and I hope Joseph’s Heart is one of them.  If you click on the title of each day, it will link you to the blog post.

For the 31 day challenge, I am writing about Joseph’s Heart: A Story of Adoption, a recently published children’s book I wrote and illustrated. It is the story of the Nativity as seen through the eyes of Joseph and tells how he became a father in a way he never could have imagined. It was written to encourage those whose lives are touched by adoption (all of us, really) and inspire those who might be considering it (could that be you?).

Each of the 31 days is linked to this page. Click on the title and you will go directly to that day’s post.

Share your thoughts in the comments section, I would love to hear from you.

    1. Hi Debra, Thank you for your comments, I am honored you took the time to do so. Delighted to find your 31 day series, applying the Freakonomics theorem to the Bible is a fascinating approach. Plan to go through your first 11 days and follow you the rest of the month. We are on the same wavelength when it comes to our hero, Joseph.
